APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION OF THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN REGARD TO REIMBURSEMENT OF CERTAIN COSTS RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES TO BE LOCATED WITHIN THE DISTRICT
Description
This resolution will provide the School Board with the ability to reimburse various capital costs and expenditures relating to the acquisition, construction and equipping of certain educational facilities to be located within the District. It is reasonably expected that such reimbursement shall come from the issuance of tax-exempt debt which is not expected to exceed $314,000,000 aggregate principal amount.
Recommendation
That the School Board of Sarasota County approve the Resolution of Reimbursement as presented.
